Clay Pit
Clay Pits can only be placed on squares, near water, which are designated
as "clay bearing".
A clay pit under ideal conditions will produce .64 carts
per month.
The clay pit's cart pusher delivers the output to either
a storage yard or a brickworks. The cartpusher travels at the rate of
55 squares per month, so the receiving facility should be located less
than 43 squares away.
